Promover is the feeling the day after prom that leaves you in bed, sleeping until 2 in the afternoon. This word is needed in the English language in order to have one word a high school student can say to their parents after prom to make them understand just how exhausted and basically dead they feel from the night before.
This word would be the most accurate description of a feeling felt once a year by high school students. To be “tired” is merely not a strong enough word. Exhausted, is still an understatement. Promover, though, should be an acceptable word to fully explain the pain and weakness felt after staying up all night.
